I accidentally ordered pickup to the wrong Chipotle. The manager here, Ema, was SO nice, very professional and helpful to me, staff and customers. She made it easy to still get my order. There were loads of people in front of me but the line moved super fast and I was still in and out in no time. Great management and service!

I frequent chipotles have always enjoyed it this particular time I ordered my double chipotle chicken order and the portion was seriously lacking I called and explained very nicely that I wasn’t satisfied with my portion and that my order was dripping through the bag. Spoke to a wonderful person named Emma she took care of me told me to come back and she remade another order and even offered another bag for the soggy messed up one thank you very much Emma I appreciate...

I rated this Chipotle a four-star despite five-star service food and atmosphere because I have had multiple issues with order accuracy on a mobile order this Chipotle is like any other with their offerings
