I'm glad there is a Chipotle in Payson now so had to try. Got a carnitas bowl and enjoyed on the outdoor patio! It tends to be busy but other than that I enjoyed my food and service!
This Chipotle is WAY above average. The staff was very pleasant and the portions were generous. THe store layout is a bit weird, but they must have had to fit it into an existing space. Overall an very good experience. Thank you!!!

We ordered from the app driving up from the valley. We arrived and the food was ready through the pick up window. We did not receive any napkins or forks in the stapled up bag and had to wave over an employee and request them. We continued driving and started eating our burrito bowls and found the rice was either over cooked or had been sitting for a while and the chicken was not fresh as well compared to the past visits.
