Friendly staff! Great service and delicious ice cream of course. The store was clean and we enjoyed sitting and eating our ice cream there! I love seeing new flavors but always seem to order my favorite, Jamocha Almond Fudge! Can’t have too much ice cream!
Great ice cream - but be aware - they close at 8:55, not 10.the sign printed on the door says 10, the online hours say 10, but the employee will shuush you away on a Monday night at 8:55 pm. No worries tho, Handles up the road says it's open until 10, and it actually IS !
This 5 star review is 100% for Camilla at the Lake Pleasant location. When we found out that this location no longer sells either of the ice cream flavors we have been ordering in cakes for over 30 years, Camilla went out of her way to find a solution that would work in time for our event. She was kind and patient, and she listened. Thank you, Camilla! You were wonderful!

Even when a Door Dash order was messed up, the employee, Amelia, was incredibly helpful and understanding, going above and beyond to ensure the situation was resolved. The shop is praised for its cleanliness and attention to detail, creating a simultaneously nice and clean environment. While a specific cake order may have fallen short of expectations, the overall experience at Baskin-Robbins is described as a "jewel" in the area, offering a delightful and personalized experience for all who visit.
