I’d like to thank the manager at Carl’s Jr. for “educating” -literally his word- me this morning on how to have a better experience when my food order is incorrect.
I wasn’t angry that there were no onions on my burger, but I was absolutely livid when you told me it was my fault for not auditing the receipt in the drive thru to make sure it was rung in properly to begin with.
hope someone actually reads this. We're having to go through the drive thru still and I ordered the 5 piece combo chicken strip dinner with onion rings. Got home and therm noticed I only received 4 not 5 chicken strips. No, I'm not driving 2 miles to go down for 1 strip, but HOW HARD IS IT TO COUNT???? I don't recommend this place at all. hope management sees this and you can fix this issue.
