I had a great experience at Chipotle thanks to Cash and Teagan. They were friendly, patient, and made sure my order was exactly how I wanted it. You could tell they cared about doing a good job and helping customers quickly without making mistakes. Overall, they made the visit smooth and positive, and I’d definitely come back when they’re working. They also said yes ma’am and I feel like that was a good sign of respect, Will be eating here again.

Food is pretty consistent with other Chipotle locations, but the service could be better. On several occasions I've noticed workers wandering around behind the counter not doing much more than socializing. We've also waited at the pick up window for long periods of time while the person working the window hasn't even acknowledged us. I've sat for 5+ minutes, backed up and pulled forward to retrigger the alert inside, and then waited an additional 5+ minutes...

Customer service was nice. When I walked in I was greeted immediately with a hi and a smile. Portions are small but whatever we're use to that from Chipotle now. Nevertheless while I was ordering my bowl another employee was literally wiping the food area with a rag. Thankful that they were on top of cleanliness.
