Any bad review has to be a mistake - or maybe by people who are proof that money will never equate class. This store is an exemplary chipotle that aims for customer service. Yes, stuff does sell out fast here because it’s very popular. Be civil to the employees they’re going their best and always are professional and friendly. Always appreciated.
Came in at 6 p.m. today when the restaurant was slow, yet I was rushed through the line. To make matters worse, the manager scraped the very bottom of the tin to give me the last dried-out scraps of the Chipotle Honey Chicken. Right after, a fresh batch was brought out. When I asked if I could get a little more of the fresh chicken since my portion was so small, I was charged for double meat. I don’t understand the bad reviews. We’ve come here a few times and every time the food is good and so is the service. It is always young adults but they’re always friendly.
