El Pollo Loco is always good, fresh and clean. Service always has a smile.
When we arrived last night the store lobby had just closed and the manager Andrea who was taking out the trash noticed me and told me they were closed so I didn't get out of my car and try to walk in. Well as we are in the drive-thru she commented on my license plate relating to me and welcoming me from California because she used to live in California. She was so friendly and professional. She took great care of us and it was the best experience I've had at any location.
