Had a coupon and ate inside. Ordered the double chicken tostada salad. VERY good!! Service was friendly and there was a steady stream of customers both at counter and drive thru. Place smelled a bit sour, but not as bad as another El Pollo location. Parking is minimal (4-5 spots), had to park by Dunkin. Despite the smell and lack of parking, I would return and get the salad again, it really was delicious!

Haven’t been here in years but decided to give it a shot so I ordered a chicken burrito and in the burrito I bit down on something hard and see a bone! Thank god it didn’t break my tooth. But now I am wondering if they did that on purpose. During the drive thru order they asked if I wanted chips and I said yes. I thought it came with the meal and then I see they charged me separate for chips and guac. I explained nicely to the lady that I was confused and don’t want the chips and guac sep and asked for a refund. She did refund it but maybe they were annoyed and put the bone in there? Not sure but either way I shouldn’t have a bone in my burrito. Well I’ll go another 7 years without el pollo loco.

Good food. Green salsa is really good. Super nice people. Parking is horrible. 5 parking spots for the entire building. Inside of restaurant smelled really funky , maybe old frying oil? Not sure if it's a franchise or a chain, but the funky smell inside and poor parking is enough to make people go elsewhere, unfortunately.

This place should list that they are closed for remodeling instead of going by and seeing that they are closed. Post this on your location and state it on a phone message that your closed for remodeling. Not professional at all so you earned a 1 star review because of this.

It's hit or miss with the one off lake pleasent. I've gotten food that's been awesome. Then the next time it's ghetto. I keep going back cuz I love the beans and the chicken. But damn get help that knows there shit and quit sending out crap for meals. Try for consistency people !

It should stay open till 10pm like their drive thru. Very disappointed when we drive all the way to go eat. We walk in and sit down around 8:40pm and the person took our order and then said we close at 9pm. Basically telling us to take our food and leave. I feel if you keep your drive thru open till 10pm keep your inside dining open too.
