When we arrived last night the store lobby had just closed and the manager Andrea who was taking out the trash noticed me and told me they were closed so I didn't get out of my car and try to walk in. Well as we are in the drive-thru she commented on my license plate relating to me and welcoming me from California because she used to live in California. She was so friendly and professional. She took great care of us and it was the best experience I've had at any location.

Tried the new Loco Tenders. They are a bit pricey and not that spicy. It was three for 9 bucks, plus $3 for a combo. The tenders are good...they also have non spicy. The sauces shine the most with Baja lime and loco sauce.

I know they are a chain BUT this location ALWAYS standing out and going above and beyond. I like El Pollo Loco food and they should all taste about the same but the love this staff puts in the service and food at this location definitely hits different in a great great way.
