“Our experience at "Momma's Soul: Fish and Chicken" was exceptional! We indulged in their famous shrimps, both fried and tossed in Buffalo sauce, and they were absolutely delicious - perfectly cooked with just the right amount of sauce. Alongside, we tried the fried okra and mac n cheese, and even though I'm not usually a fan of mac n cheese, I must admit theirs was outstanding! The service was excellent, and the staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming. The restaurant itself had a spacious and clean ambiance. As it's soul food, expect a bit of a wait, but trust me, it's well worth it. If you're pressed for time, there's always McDonald's, but for a truly satisfying meal, "Momma's Soul" is the place to be.“
“Take out without pre ordering worked very well. They had the fish dish ready in less than 5 mins and this was half an hour before closing time(8pm).The restaurant section is rather bland but adequate, it certainly lacked in atmosphere but was very clean and the staff were efficient and friendly.We ordered cod and chips x3. One piece on its own looked like a child/lunch portion. 3 pieces ( to make a proper F&C meal) was extortionate. But 2 pieces was adequate. A very good and excellent ‘adequate’ but a tad expensive at $15.95 plus tax each …. I know prices have gone up and this is Alaskan cod … but crikey!Quality of fish, frying and chips (fries) was excellent.All in all an excellent filling meal , but not a regular Friday F&C for mePS they close at 8pm most days and only 9pm Friday and Saturday…. Not a place for late meals“

“Excellent Fish Fry. Excellent Rueben ! Very friendly servers!! Love the small town diner ambiance, and pro shop vibe. The chicken breast was entirely too tough on the sandwich, and nothing but a butter knife to cut it. The beef and vegetable soup got great reviews from my wife and sister.“
“The best Middle Eastern food in Arizona. They have the best chicken shawarma They make the best Tabbouleh in America. Believe me . I'm not joking . I tried many Tabbouleh before and this is the best one I ever had . The Italian chicken shawarma is so delicious. Oh my god,you will love it . You will thank me later .They have a lot of delicious options. I'm coming back for sure to try everything. “Amazing food been coming here since I was a kid in the late 90s early 00s. Quality is still the same as back then.Parking: Never been a busy shopping center and very small one as well. Parking is always open when I’ve gone there.Kid-friendliness: Game section for kids, family seating options(including high chairs).“
“AMAZING!! If I could eat here everyday I would. The prices are great , food is phenomenal. Highly recommend a chicken Cobb salad and their #2 lobster roll.the #5 spicy fried lobster is good as well as their BBQ chicken rice bowl...can't go wrong with their sweet tea and fries either.“

“First visit, we were seated promptly, and both food/drinks came out quickly. There was wine on their menu but not in the restaurant.The young waitress was distracted and forgot us after that. The food was good and fresh. For the price and service quality, I doubt we will return.The crab fries made the meal worthwhile.“
“I've been eating Pete's for well over 20 years. I no longer live in Arizona but this is always my first stop and my last before leaving. It's not often you find a place where the flavor doesn't change. Thier Pete's sauce goes great with everything. This should be a stop if you are ever visiting the area. If you like fish and chips this is the spot.“
“Hubby was craving fish 'n chips, so we headed here since there are really no other places to go. The food is served nice and hot, and does take a while. Everything is made fresh to order. So, on our last visit here, the lady at the window was very generous with the cocktail and tartar sauce and ranch. However, on this previous visit, the lady who took our order gave us ONE sauce for an order of 3 fish, and 3 shrimp. She charged us for each additional sauce, which typically, one would use at least 2-3 sauces for a large order such as this. Mind you, they are very small ramekins that the sauce comes in. We paid a little over $60 for 4 items including apps. A little pricey in my opinion. You do have the option to choose the type of fish for each piece your order. Variety is always nice. Albeit, the fried oysters are quite small, they are tasty though. The food here is great, however, the prices are a wee bit steep.“
“Delicious Food and Great ServiceThis was my first visit but it won't be my last. The restaurant is clean and the staff are friendly and accomdating.The food may be cery simple but the food surprises you, simple but very tasty. On this visit we ordered the marlin tacos, shrimp tacos, fish tacos, and carne asada quesadilla. I couldn't tell you which I liked best because it was all delicious. Everything was fresh, loaded with flavor, and served hot.Delicious and authentic food. Definitely recommend.“
