“The food looks just like the pictures on the menu and tastes even better! Everyone in my family is picky with something and we found food for everyone, highly recommend taco Tuesday! “Stopped in 5pm on a Tuesday. Place was packed. That was the first sign this place is awesome. The entire staff was almost tripping over themselves serving the patrons. Very efficiently operated. I seriously believe more companies would thrive if they saw how this place operated. The food was amazing. Daughter had the cheeseburger and I had fish and chips. I must try if In the Phoenix area.“
“We had a nice dinner for four on a Friday evening. The patio is a nice size so it accommodates a lot of people. We ordered the calamari, fish and a and a poke bowl salad. The calamari are heavily breaded and while crunchy the strips of calamari steak were still tender. The fish and chips are some of the best we've had, moist fish, flavorful batter and well cooked thin French fries. The poke bowl was the bomb however. Very fresh tuna with a nice kick of spice in my spicy version, plenty of pickled ginger, edamame, red onions, A few slices of avocado, fresh cucumbers, radishes, and chunks of mango. It was very flavorful and quite a large portion. Our friends ordered the fish plates and one suggestion would that be they get slightly larger plates as their food was falling off of them and hard to manage!“

The customer service is exactly what you expect and want from a mom & Pop shop, incredible welcoming and just wanting you to enjoy your meal.Our family of 4 all ordered something different including some appetizers of fried okra & calamari- to say everything was delicious is seriously an understatement. Dine in the quiant lil shop or take your meal to go. It is a small mom & Pop restaurant with a few tables but again food was incredible! 10 out of 10 recommend!!“
“I never considered giving Pete's fish and chips a review before because they are consistent. If I review something it's usually triggered by something outside of the normal positive or negative experience. Add Pizza it's always standard issue 5-star everything.“

“Love it or hate it. It just nostalgia really. It’s fried foods with spicy ketchup. If you grew up here, Pete’s is the junk food and it’s all about the Pete’s sauce. And $2 cheese burger that’s better than McDonalds! It’s cheap and fast.“

“We always try to find new places during our Arizona trips and we have found a gem. This place has been in business for 75 years. That is amazing. The service was great(one of the customers was a helpful as the staff). We ordered the 2 lobster tails and they were absolutely delicious. I had the broccoli which was cooked perfectly...eventhough it's not the fanciest looking place please don't let that fool you....Happy dining“
“It's been awhile since I have been to this one, but everything 5 stars still, the employees are friendly, seem to be in tune with the people in the Community. Had a nice dinner tonight.11/3/23 Had purchased 2 Catfish Dinners for take out. Food was good, until we got to Hush Puppies in which the were horribly under cooked. The inside of them for sure where not cooked all the way through ! Doughy inside, threw them away. Other than that rest of dinner was very good..“
“Our experience at "Momma's Soul: Fish and Chicken" was exceptional! We indulged in their famous shrimps, both fried and tossed in Buffalo sauce, and they were absolutely delicious - perfectly cooked with just the right amount of sauce. Alongside, we tried the fried okra and mac n cheese, and even though I'm not usually a fan of mac n cheese, I must admit theirs was outstanding! The service was excellent, and the staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming. The restaurant itself had a spacious and clean ambiance. As it's soul food, expect a bit of a wait, but trust me, it's well worth it. If you're pressed for time, there's always McDonald's, but for a truly satisfying meal, "Momma's Soul" is the place to be.“
