“If you're looking for a good bite this is the place to go. I had the opportunity to try Encina here and it was amazing. Back to the pupusas be patient as everything is made fresh. I ordered three beans and cheese a carne asada quesadilla and a taco sorry no pic of the taco. I will definitely be back. Sorry about the picture of pupusas my girl was digging in.“

“Tacos are the BEST! We’ve tried them all but the shrimp is my favorite, they’ve got a bit of a kick- so yummy! The staff has been amazing. We’ve got a growing group of people who meet up on Tuesdays and they’ve been super accommodating. Nice teacher military and first responders discount as well.“

“I just tried this place tonight and I was impressed. Not only was the service great the food was amazing and you really get a lot of food. I got the Birria ramen burrito which was so good and my boyfriend got the Birria grilled cheese and carne asada burrito which he loved also. If you have Instagram you should check their story for locations/times because you definitely want to try them! I will continue to come here. Also they are actually family owned and operated and I love that even more!“

“I was so excited to return yesterday since it had been a few mos- the food was delicious as always, but the paid for rice and beans were forgotten in my pick up order :( I always spread them on my mulita so it just wasn’t the same… I should have checked the bag… but I was the only customer and staff seemed confident. “They were friendly and attentive. Gave us recommendations when we asked - really helpful. Spoke both English and Spanish for me and my boyfriend, which is nice if anyone is worried about language barriers. The food is so good. I got the quesadilla with Al pastor and it was super good!“

“Best wings hands down! Keith Lee was wrong, strawberry hot are my favorite! I am not a sweet person, and these wings are fire. I have tried other flavors too that are great, but my go to will always be Strawberry Hot! Best food truck staff ever as well! Tip them, they deserve it!“

“I previously left a 3-star review after a visit that didn’t hit the same as my very first experience (which was a straight 10/10). I was honest about how the flavor and overall value felt different.
But I also believe in giving credit where it’s due.
The team reached out to me directly, invited us back, and made it right — and I have to say… THIS visit was it.
The flavor was bouncing again. The burgers tasted intentional, seasoned perfectly, and full of that spark that made me love them the first time. Everything felt dialed in and made with care.
What impressed me the most wasn’t just the food — it was the pride and accountability. They didn’t get defensive. They stood behind their product and showed they truly care about their customers and their craft.
That’s how you build loyalty.

“This is my favorite taco truck for tacos de cabeza. The meat is lean and shredded not cubed. They also serve it with hot chile peppers upon request.
The atmosphere a 3 because it's outside and in the AZ summer it's not pleasant to eat outside for lunch. There are fans, but it's still hot. During the evening on weekends, they are busy and dining area gets full sometimes.“

“I stopped by this birria food truck and ordered three birria tacos — and wow, they did not disappoint! The meat was tender, juicy, and packed with flavor. Everything was cooked to perfection, and you can tell they take pride in their food. Jazmin was super friendly and welcoming, and her husband can seriously cook! You can taste the love in every bite. Highly recommend stopping by if you're craving some amazing birria — I’ll definitely be back!“

“Love this truck. My 11 year old put me onto them when they were at an Easter event in El Mirage. My giant carne asasda burrito was on point. My son gets the carne asada tacos with pineapple and avocado puree. My wife and daughter dig the shrimp tacos. Really good and the price is right since food truck food is almost always a minimum of $10 a person. Keep it up.“
