Had reservations for 4 people on Valentines day at 5pm. We started in the bar area for happy hour which we had a few rolls and saki bombs. Service in the bar area was fast and friendly. At the dinner show food was great but our Chef was boring. Every table around us seemed to be having a better experience.
The food is excellent, I had the New York steak with scallops everything was on point. The server was very nice, at times it seemed like we waited forever for our next drink or before anyone checked up on us. The atmosphere could be better, the music was very loud, it was hard to hear each other in a small 3 seat high top. I may just have to order to go next time.
My wife and I visited this restaurant for the first time today. Our servers Cindy and Jen were attentive and provided excellent service. The food had nice presentation (see pictures), with very standard flavors that are similar to chain restaurants like PF Chang.
The atmosphere however, it’s extremely loud with no privacy and single tables arranged against the back wall where everyone from servers, and customers dining at the teppanyaki areas bump into you constantly.
