This is one of the worst McDonald's around. It is not uncommon to sit in the drive thru line for over 20 minutes. Then when you finally get to the window the crew is rude and just throw the food at you. I will not be going to this McDonald's again. It needs to close and something better needs to open there.
Why is it so hard to get ice in your tea? This is Arizona. The ice melts. My tea is no longer cold after a few minutes. if I ask for extra ice when I place my order, can I please have it instead of being told by the young lady at the window that she already put extra ice in it when clearly the ice is melted and there's barely any ice?
I just went to the olive Avenue McDonald's in glendale AZ and was appalled by the extreme additude towards myself and coworkers by the 1st window drive thru lady. she had a horrible attitude, got aggressive when I asked about the mcchicken THATS ON THE MENU TWICE, and i was met with a, "jesus, we clearly dont sell that anymore". she also verbally attacked her male coworker when I asked him face to face about it and he tried to explain to me. strongly suggest letting her go.
