“A few months ago, I ordered delivery from this location and I was mistakenly given the wrong order. This location went ABOVE AND BEYOND to fix this. By the time I noticed and gave them a call, an Olive Garden employee was already at my house with my correct order and told me to keep the incorrect one. They had already noticed the mistake a proactively fixed it. I love Olive Garden and this is a great one. Thank you!“

“My husband and I normally stop and go thru the drive-thru at the Panera on Happy Valley Rd after hiking in the area. We always order the cinnamon crunch bagels. In the last few weeks, we’ve had some of the absolute best, freshest bagels ever but, today, the cinnamon crunch bagel was one of the worst we’ve eaten. It was dry, not much taste, and we both thought it might possibly be a day (or more) old bagel. What’s going on????“

“Such an amazing experience here! First time trying it out and came here due to a friend’s recommendation. Bell was my waitress and she was so professional as well as outgoing. Quick service and patient with me when I was looking through the menu. She helped answer any of my questions and there was another waitress who passed by several times, asking if I needed anything else. Her name was Ali and she provided great customer service too! They tag teamed with providing outstanding service. Super impressed by this place and I’ll be recommending it to others mainly due to the great customer service, tasty food and overall great experience.“

“First timer here. Post gym, we pass this place every day. This To-Go-esque spot is tucked into a corner. I mean this in the most positive way: simple, quiet nook. We ordered a sesame chicken, lemon chicken, a sweet and sour chicken. The food is not overly seasoned or unnecessarily garnished. It is just right; everything is with purpose. The soup and egg roll were delicious. I absolutely loved the egg roll... super fresh and not overly oily, as most places usually are (may be biased because I love fresh cabbage). This is definitely worth the visit.“

Kelsie kept our drinks and breadsticks fresh while we dined and I even commented to my husband that she was reading our minds because we would say let’s ask for more bread when she’s back and a second later she was walking towards us with it! I got a call with some bad news about a family member mid meal and without hesitation Kelsie got everything boxed up, fresh soup, sauces, and bread, even a tea to go. “My husband & I have been to Olive Garden Glendale many times in the past and always enjoyed the food, the ambiance, and the employees. This time we came to celebrate our 23rd anniversary and we were greeted by our server, Kiah. Best server ever! She was so attentive, very friendly, very professional, and really added to our experience. We laughed together - but she was also respectful of our celebration, and gave my husband & I space to enjoy the food and each other. Next time we come, we will certainly ask to be seated in her area. At the end of our meal, DJ, the General Manager, came by our table to make sure that we enjoyed the food. We sure did - but we also raved about Kiah. DJ was wonderful!, very friendly and appreciative. Thank you Kiah and DJ - you made us feel like royalty. Highly recommend Olive Garden Glendale. Highly recommend Ben as a server here. He listened to all the details, so willing to fix the small mix up on the steak (he noticed himself, we didn't need to say anything ) .
The manager was good here as well he came up offered to remake the steak .

“I ordered take out, which was great. The pho was super hot and ready to eat when I arrived home. The pho is full of meat and very flavorful. The spring rolls with shrimp and pork come with the best peanut sauce I've ever had! The place feels very welcoming when you step in. The staff is very friendly.“

“Why you should visit this Olive Garden: friendly greeting upon entering, decor is like all Olive Gardens warm and the aroma of Italian food. Great service, good food, well laid out with a roomy feel.
I chose to sit at the bar, Emma greeted me with a friendly smile, handed a menu to me and asked about a beverage to start. I chose Calamari as a starter, which was good. Sauces were very good. I asked for a Blue Moon and a water. Emma recommended the Shrimp & Chicken Carbonara (sauce was excellent)!! It came with their house salad and breadsticks which is always good. A lot of food, so I took some home. Emma is very courteous, attentive, making sure I was doing okay, great bartender and server. My overall experience was excellent!! “This tasted so good. I ordered take out and it was worth it. PLEASE get their house chicken wings they have a delicious sauce. Im used to chicken wings from Chinese restaurants being dry, these were amazing. I ordered the pu pu platter and really liked the egg roll and spare ribs. The house fried rice was also really good. The dine-in atomsphere looked nice and they had a whole duck I watched them chop up while waiting. Next time I may dine in instead of take out :) the people inside looked like they were having a good time.“

“I have been a regular here since 1994. I loved the original owner Than. These days every time I order my vermacelli salad the meat is charred and dry. Their bacon spring rolls are the absolute best, and the veggies and soups are great as well as the service, I just wish my meat didnt taste like charcoal.“

We got the combos, which included an egg roll and fried shrimp. Neither was my personal preference. Both the egg roll and shrimp were heavily breaded and flavorless. My pork was very tinder. The sauce was great. Rice was a little hard. I'll try it once more.“

“I saw a very very busy night combined with a short staff... none the less they are trained very well, didn’t crack under pressure. No issues with orders being taken, along with a few large to go and dine in orders. Total wait time was 45mins for my dine in order. Tables were all still clean. Great job, and the food was fantastic as usual. 5 star reward!“

“I DO NOT RECOMMEND!! I selected do not won’t let me edit… went here today for my birthday lunch with my dad his wife and my family party of 5. We sat down and ordered drinks and egg rolls. 30 minutes later egg rolls came but no drinks. We ordered food when the egg rolls came. An hour later still no drinks and to top it off a couple who had just walked in got their food before we did. That was the last straw. We left and took our business elsewhere. No sorry no nothing.
