“A few months ago, I ordered delivery from this location and I was mistakenly given the wrong order. This location went ABOVE AND BEYOND to fix this. By the time I noticed and gave them a call, an Olive Garden employee was already at my house with my correct order and told me to keep the incorrect one. They had already noticed the mistake a proactively fixed it. I love Olive Garden and this is a great one. Thank you!“

“My husband and I normally stop and go thru the drive-thru at the Panera on Happy Valley Rd after hiking in the area. We always order the cinnamon crunch bagels. In the last few weeks, we’ve had some of the absolute best, freshest bagels ever but, today, the cinnamon crunch bagel was one of the worst we’ve eaten. It was dry, not much taste, and we both thought it might possibly be a day (or more) old bagel. What’s going on????“

“First time having hot pot in years for me and first time for my husband and son. We all left full and happy with what we ate. Pork and beef broth were tasty and veggie selection was fresh. A better noodle variety would be nice; we didn't think the ramen noodles added much to the dish.

I definitely understand the complaints about service being slow, inattentive, or rude. But I would counter with it being probably more of a cultural difference. Very similar to different pho restaurants around the valley as far as quiet and rushed ordering and no friendly banter. Doesn't bother me, though I can see people used to servers being overly nice to earn those tips, feeling like service was sub-par.

But overall, good food and we will be back.“

“We had an excellent waitress her name was Air,
She was so sweet and she was on top of everything. She had four or five tables of at least four or five people in each. She didn’t miss a beat. We drove all the way from Gilbert to meet my family for a late lunch. She made it so good . The food was wonderful. Dessert is always great!
The bonus was when you get an opportunity to go for a late lunch at 2:30 3 o’clock in the afternoon. The atmosphere is much nicer. It’s not loud and crowded. It made for a wonderful time for my family to get together and our Sweet waitress made it all the more wonderful for us.

“Came for lunch today, Thursday, September 25th, on a recommendation. This restaurant is more of a ‘To Go’ place, but they do have tables to sit and dine-in. When you’re ready to order, place your order at the counter and pay. They’ll bring your food to you packaged ‘To Go.’ I had their Moo Goo Gai Pan, combo meal (dinner portion) and a can of Coca Cola from their cooler. The combo comes with soup, egg roll, and crab puff (as they call it) for $13.25. The soda is $1. The food came, and I started with the crab puff. It was crispy and good. I wouldn’t call it a puff as it was a flat triangle shaped appetizer. The egg roll tasted peculiar. While the roll was nice and crispy, all I could taste was raw cabbage. No shrimp, no pork, or a protein in the filling. The sweet & sour sauce was better than what most other restaurants serve. The soup was an egg drop soup. Its broth was very clear which suggests it was a vegetable broth, and not chicken. It had some good flavor to the soup. The entree was a very good sized portion that filled the container with fried rice, and the Moo Goo Gai Pan. I liked the tender flanks of chicken, and the vegetables. There were mushrooms, water chestnuts, carrots, snap peas, onions, zucchini, and a flavorful gravy. Not impressed with the rice. It wasn’t bad. There were a few big pieces of egg; and had a peculiar taste to it as well. Plenty of leftovers to take home. The restaurant is fairly spacious and clean. The tables and chairs are on one side, and suited for parties of four. Arranging two or more tables together may accommodate larger parties. I did not use their restroom. There’s plenty of parking being located in a strip mall. The food is worth trying. Would I return? If I was in the area and wanted Chinese food… yes.“

“My husband & I have been to Olive Garden Glendale many times in the past and always enjoyed the food, the ambiance, and the employees. This time we came to celebrate our 23rd anniversary and we were greeted by our server, Kiah. Best server ever! She was so attentive, very friendly, very professional, and really added to our experience. We laughed together - but she was also respectful of our celebration, and gave my husband & I space to enjoy the food and each other. Next time we come, we will certainly ask to be seated in her area. At the end of our meal, DJ, the General Manager, came by our table to make sure that we enjoyed the food. We sure did - but we also raved about Kiah. DJ was wonderful!, very friendly and appreciative. Thank you Kiah and DJ - you made us feel like royalty. Highly recommend Olive Garden Glendale. When you arrive, ask for Kiah! She will make certain that your experience is awesome.“

“I have been a regular here since 1994. I loved the original owner Than. These days every time I order my vermacelli salad the meat is charred and dry. Their bacon spring rolls are the absolute best, and the veggies and soups are great as well as the service, I just wish my meat didnt taste like charcoal.“

Then mainly why this is 4 stars is because it was way less busy than most of the time but still busy so I just automatically assumed that the food would come quick. SPOILER IT DIDNT. It took like 25 minutes. The staff was good ESPECIALLY our sever Jake, but I do want to say sometimes it felt like they just weren’t in a rush to get you served or staff mainly the person cleaning was spaced out for a few seconds. We sat down and ordered drinks and egg rolls. 30 minutes later egg rolls came but no drinks. We ordered food when the egg rolls came. “Overall, it is a clean, inviting space. Food was made fresh to order. My husband had the chicken and veggies. I had the pork and veggies. A solid 3 out of 5. We got the combos, which included an egg roll and fried shrimp. Neither was my personal preference. Both the egg roll and shrimp were heavily breaded and flavorless. My pork was very tinder. The sauce was great. Rice was a little hard. I'll try it once more.“

I was disappointed that they did not fill our cups, especially for the price of $18. Was skeptical, but I must say ... they were delicious. Just wished they would have put a few more strawberries 🍓.“
