“A few months ago, I ordered delivery from this location and I was mistakenly given the wrong order. This location went ABOVE AND BEYOND to fix this. By the time I noticed and gave them a call, an Olive Garden employee was already at my house with my correct order and told me to keep the incorrect one. They had already noticed the mistake a proactively fixed it. I love Olive Garden and this is a great one. Thank you!“

“My husband and I normally stop and go thru the drive-thru at the Panera on Happy Valley Rd after hiking in the area. We always order the cinnamon crunch bagels. In the last few weeks, we’ve had some of the absolute best, freshest bagels ever but, today, the cinnamon crunch bagel was one of the worst we’ve eaten. It was dry, not much taste, and we both thought it might possibly be a day (or more) old bagel. What’s going on????“

“First time having hot pot in years for me and first time for my husband and son. We all left full and happy with what we ate. Pork and beef broth were tasty and veggie selection was fresh. A better noodle variety would be nice; we didn't think the ramen noodles added much to the dish.

I definitely understand the complaints about service being slow, inattentive, or rude. But I would counter with it being probably more of a cultural difference. Very similar to different pho restaurants around the valley as far as quiet and rushed ordering and no friendly banter. Doesn't bother me, though I can see people used to servers being overly nice to earn those tips, feeling like service was sub-par.

But overall, good food and we will be back.“

“We had an excellent waitress her name was Air,
She was so sweet and she was on top of everything. She had four or five tables of at least four or five people in each. She didn’t miss a beat. We drove all the way from Gilbert to meet my family for a late lunch. She made it so good . The food was wonderful. Dessert is always great!
The bonus was when you get an opportunity to go for a late lunch at 2:30 3 o’clock in the afternoon. The atmosphere is much nicer. It’s not loud and crowded. It made for a wonderful time for my family to get together and our Sweet waitress made it all the more wonderful for us.

“So much food for the money! Prepared quickly, And its SO GOOD! Every single time we order from them we order enough food for 4 people and get there in usually about 20 minutes to pick it up and when we arrive we get there and the bill is only about 40$ and the food is all bagged up and ready to go! Highly recommend.“

“I have been a regular here since 1994. I loved the original owner Than. These days every time I order my vermacelli salad the meat is charred and dry. Their bacon spring rolls are the absolute best, and the veggies and soups are great as well as the service, I just wish my meat didnt taste like charcoal.“

Ash was our server and everything was amazing. Super attentive and quick. My kids absolutely love Olive Garden so it’s great when we have an excellent experience.“

This time we came to celebrate our 23rd anniversary and we were greeted by our server, Kiah. Best server ever! She was so attentive, very friendly, very professional, and really added to our experience. We laughed together - but she was also respectful of our celebration, and gave my husband & I space to enjoy the food and each other. Next time we come, we will certainly ask to be seated in her area. At the end of our meal, DJ, the General Manager, came by our table to make sure that we enjoyed the food. “I switch back and forth between Beef Pho and the #16 Stir Fry combo and both are so good. The fried egg rolls are some of my favorite in Phoenix. I love that I can come in at lunch and it’s usually pretty empty and there’s always a random movie on (3 amigos anyone?)“

“Overall, it is a clean, inviting space. Food was made fresh to order. My husband had the chicken and veggies. I had the pork and veggies. A solid 3 out of 5. We got the combos, which included an egg roll and fried shrimp. Neither was my personal preference. Both the egg roll and shrimp were heavily breaded and flavorless. My pork was very tinder. The sauce was great. Rice was a little hard. I'll try it once more.“
