My husband and I came here today to get some sub sandwiches and the one lady we’re not sure of her name because she didn’t have a name tag but she had a nose piercing which is fine by us but she was not personal very rude. Her coworker Aubrey, however, was amazing. I don’t wanna get anybody fired, but please do some coaching for your customer service. store is clean. but where's the signage? the list of breads? list of classic subs? the only thing easily readable on the menu board are the subway series which are surprisingly expensive. not good for people who have troubles seeing. Felt a little rushed into making a decision. the young lady helping me seemed very cold and impatient. Was also a little off put by the request for tips, are you not paying them enough? if it was a sit down, full service restaurant i'd understand....read full review

Food was okay but the resturant was filthy. There was no one else there and 2 employees tables were covered in crumbs the drink station was completely disgusting trash everywhere and lids to the tea containers stacked up. I wold recommend going to the one on thunderbird and 83rd instead just 2 minutes down the road. The employees also where incredibly slow and one was walking around eating chips and playing with her watch. Don't go to this location.
