Met at the door by rude Marie who should know we are her customers not someone she is charged to make feel like an intruder to the place we have paid a premium to have access.Secondly the soft drink machine was out of almost everything.The restroom was absolutely nasty dirty! Thought I was at a public bus station!And the food was ok but the quinoa was rock hard !American airline you can do better! See pictures!!!A happier note went back up to desk and updated our boarding passes from a rescheduled flight (now a four hour layover). She was a gem and great ambassador for AA.

6 hour layover. This was better than sitting in the terminal. Staffed with friendly and helpful professionals at the front desk. Warm and welcoming. After that, the experience was...okay. Very limited food choices (some sort of BBQ chicken thighs in a watery sauce), rolls, chips, guacamole. Most of the charging ports were not working. Restroom was reasonably clean but no paper towels. Obviously had not been serviced in some time.

This place is embarrassing!! $80 for dry gross cookies and gross drinks. Never again. Wouldn't have went inside if I knew it was trash.

Small lounge for a big airport. Tight spaces. There is no quiet room as some other lounges have. Staff is slow on cleaning areas.

First time here and will say it was a pleasant experience! The only downside was how packed it was, can be hard to find a seat. Not their fault they are popular! Buffét style food setup, had lemon herb chicken, roasted potatoes and some salad items. Desert was Rice Krispie bites, brownie bites and bread pudding bites. The lemon herb chicken was GREAT ?? had two servings. They also had a girl making guacamole to order, freaking awesome. Food was great, soda machine, coffee machine, bar and outlets everywhere to charge. Definitely worth it! Oh, and a nice view of planes landing while eating the delicious food! ??
