First time here and will say it was a pleasant experience! The only downside was how packed it was, can be hard to find a seat. Not their fault they are popular! Buffét style food setup, had lemon herb chicken, roasted potatoes and some salad items. Desert was Rice Krispie bites, brownie bites and bread pudding bites. Small club that gets to be quite crowded. Outlets that mostly don't work, so it's very hard to get work done. Small and cramped bathroom. Same old crappy choices for food. Tried to spruce it up with attendant-made quacamole, but the pack of rude people makes it ridiculous to wait in line for it. Pretty lame for such a large airport and carrier. The attendants are nice, though. It's almost better to find a quiet gate to relax at with working chargers.

6 hour layover. This was better than sitting in the terminal. Staffed with friendly and helpful professionals at the front desk. Warm and welcoming. After that, the experience was...okay. Very limited food choices (some sort of BBQ chicken thighs in a watery sauce), rolls, chips, guacamole. Most of the charging ports were not working. Restroom was reasonably clean but no paper towels. Obviously had not been serviced in some time.
