Was recommended by the Holbrook stall from the farmers market. They have flash frozen fish and a counter with new arrivals of fresh fish (apart from a variety of other seafoods). All the salmon is sushi grade. We bought king salmon and mahi mahi and something called Cortez flounder, I think. Wow!! Speechless.

Wow, is their customer service OUT OF THIS WORLD and so are their products. I called a while back asking about fish carcasses for making stock. They continue to call me with updates when they get fresh fish directly from Alaska in the store.Recently I got such a call and I was able to finally drop into their store and see the stunning array of fresh fish in their deep freezers. Then they brought out my carcass for the stock and it had never been frozen, literally FRESH off the boat in Alaska and flown to Arizona. Unbelievable this is even something we can get in the desert.I recommend them 100%. Where else are you going to get wild caught ocean fish in the middle of the desert that's never been frozen. If you're thinking about it, just do it!
