We ordered a birthday cake for our mother's 80th birthday. We wanted to get a full rectangle cake for 70 people and the owner told us it was too much cake and we only needed a 1/2 sheet. She was correct. Everyone loved the mango cake and there was plenty for everyone. (We had a 9 course banquet dinner with the cake not being any of those dishes.) If you want a fresh mango cake, make sure you order it 3 or more days in advance.
Asahi Bakery is the ONLY Asian Bakery in Arizona that makes their fruit cake exactly as it tastes back in Asia. It’s my favorite to go to for my Asian Fruit cakes. Always fluffy and delicious!!
This is such a a hidden gem and their coffee jello is by far the best I have tried in town. Their birthday cake and other baked goods are just right on the sweetness (not too sweet) and their fruit cakes are very fresh.
