The omelette station is really good!!! The Chef Chuy makes the experience really enjoyable, he was really friendly and attentive . If you are staying in the Hyatt Regency or close to the area dont think about it and get your breakfast here!!

The omelet was soo good. Chuy was really nice and added on all the toppings I asked for. You can also get french toast, potatoes, bacon and sausage on the side when you order the omelet. Delicious, would eat here again.

Great coffee and small meals, snacks, and more casual restaurant within the Hyatt Regency Hotel Phoenix. The staff was friendly and they had a made to order omelette station, fresh pastries and sandwiches, salads, beverages, yogurt, ice cream, and other grab and go items. They also handled the in-house room service (pick up or deliver to your room).
