We were looking for a place to eat after seeing Jeff Dunham. Their kitchen is open until 10:30. The bar was packed with business people. The kitchen wasn't busy at the time. We decided to order nachos and pork belly. The 72-hour PORK BELLY, which is made with an apple molasses glaze and comes with pork rinds. They were melt in your mouth delicious . Located inside the Hyatt Regency this place is a self service, grab and go type of restaurant. Food is quickly heated on microwaves and the omelette station is average. It is not great but it is what the hotel has to offer for Hyatt Globalist members looking for the free breakfast.
