A couple cocktails before you're next flight won't hurt. Good vibes, quick service.

Customer service was horrible. This salad came out to $20 and looks like it’s something from the gas station. Paid an extra $5 for like 5 small pieces of chicken. The people working at the counter were speaking with each other for 5 minutes before taking my order. Overall, terrible experience and would not recommend.

Food was ok. Service was amazing. Very clean restaurant and the staff was very friendly!! You don’t see that very often at airports nowadays!

I got the short rib chimichanga, and I found about three pieces of meat in it. The rest was cheese. Very disappointing for a chimichanga.

I have never had such bad service at the airport Blanca bar. Bartender Mike would purposely ask everyone around us if they wanted a drink. Another Bartender helps us and that was our one and only drink we got. We were there for 60 minutes. I am not sure why he did not like us but it was very apparent he did not.

The best service I've ever had in an airport restaurant. Our server checked back, refilled drinks, refilled chips and salsa; and the general manager came by asked how our meals was. Plus, it was clean! Forgot for a moment i was in an airport 🛫

I had an absolute blast at Blanco Tacos + Tequila in Phoenix! The tacos were out of this world—bursting with fresh, bold flavors and served on perfectly crafted tortillas. I tried the carnitas and chicken pastor, and both were pure heaven. The tequila selection was equally impressive, with smooth, top-notch options that paired beautifully with the meal. The vibe was lively yet laid-back, making it the perfect spot to unwind. Service was quick and friendly, even with a busy crowd. Highly recommend this gem for anyone craving amazing tacos and tequila in Phoenix!

Might want to tile or stainless behind the trash can.

As good as it gets at an airport. Food is pretty good. I really like the tacos and bowls. Service is always great and fast, no matter how packed it is. I did expect more tequila options but it's decent.

Service was great. Food… not so much. I placed my order and literally within less than 5 mins, the food was served. I ordered chicken nachos and a classic margarita. While the food looked great and appetizing, it was cold. It’s like they prepare the nachos ahead of time and put it to warm. The queso and chicken were ice cold. The waiter offered to have them remake it (2nd photo). It seems like they just put it under a broiler for a brief minute and topped it with more sour cream. It was awful. I was afraid to eat it because of the food temperature and didn’t want to get sick. The margarita was ok, don’t think it had the Don Julio as ordered. It just tasted like sweet and sour mix. The price of the nachos was $20 and the margarita was $16. I would pass on this place. Way over priced, food temperature a concern and not worth it.
Food was delicious 😋 and waitress was super attentive and nice!
