Blanco Tacos & Tequila in Terminal 4 at Phoenix Sky Harbor was a great stop for a late lunch before our flight. The service was friendly, attentive, and efficient — perfect when you’re keeping an eye on boarding time. The food was fresh, flavorful, and well-prepared, especially for airport dining. It’s always nice to find a spot that feels like a real restaurant experience rather than just a quick grab-and-go option. A solid choice in Terminal 4 if you want good food and great service while waiting for your flight.

The Chicken Burrito 🌯 was decent, but the flavors were not particularly impressive. It was above average, though it lacked the depth and seasoning that would make it memorable.
Service was decent despite the heavy crowd and long wait for tables. The staff handled the rush reasonably well.
The restaurant has a grand setting, but unfortunately the window blinds were not functioning, which affected the overall comfort and ambiance.

Manager was a total tool. Spent $200 there before a delay, came back for an hour delay and had a drink. They kicked us out after 20 minutes because we didnt order anything else.

The server was very friendly here and the atmosphere was fantastic. We enjoyed the relaxing nature. The food, on the other hand, was less than desirable. There are many options in this airport and I think you’d be hard pressed to find a more relaxing restaurant but I certainly think you’d find better food.
Red sangria & chicken quesadillas were delicious for airport food.

Even though it’s a bit of a walk during a layover, we decided to go to Blanco for lunch - and it was worth it. We were initially skeptical after noticing large leftover portions on some tables, but it didn’t disappoint. We ordered a Burrito Bowl and the Chipotle Shrimp Tacos. The Burrito Bowl was good - not overly large - but the flavor was solid. The Chipotle Shrimp Tacos came with rice and beans on the side, they were perfectly spiced, and the shrimp were cooked very well. One standout feature was the QR code ordering system, hassle-free, straightforward, and it made both ordering and checkout quick and easy. If you’re looking for bigger portions, the salad with chicken is the way to go.
Highly recommend this spot if you’re near the American Airlines gates.

For airport food it was actually very good. Huge pork burrito I couldn't eat it all, was worth the $20. A nice size bowl of chips and salsa for $3. The waitress was great and she was extremely busy. It was loud at times with the people coming and going but we could still hear each other speaking.
