Pretty good for airport food aspiring to be Mexican food. Split a carnitas quesadilla with my wife before or noon flight. The jalapenos in the quesadilla went well with the seasoned carnitas. Pico de Gallo and salsa were good. Rice was a little too moist and mushy. But low expectations anyway for airport food.

I had a layover and went to Blue Mesa for breakfast this was very good please stop in and try a breakfast bowl it was delicious

We had lunch here on the way to Long Beach CA. Both of us really enjoyed our lunches, and the portions were very large. Tasty food and a nice surprise at an airport.

I asked at the info booth where they like to eat. They both recommended Blue Mesa Tacos & now, so do I. Outside TSA but still inside airport. Had a tasty chicken taco made to order, adding cheese & fresh cilantro. ? Simple menu w/ generous portions. Would be even better if they had a smooth (house made?) salsa & chips. Lost 1 star because meat wasn't hot. I forgot to take the photo before eating. ? Very tasty.

Me and my fellow navy recruits had just got here and was about to get shipped out and we decided to eat here and I don't know if we was hungry or what but the food was really really good and we got a bang for the little buck the navy gave to us to get food. So if your shipping out eat here.

Food was tasty and portions large, but more importantly I felt great love and care from the sweet woman who prepared my meal. She was quite a bit older, extremely thin and slow in movement. I would guess she was in her early 70's.As she prepared my order, I sensed her great care and love for the customers, including me. I don't know her background or story but I do know the world would be a much better place if we all exuded the love, care and kindness, of that sweet woman.I'm thankful for the sweet kindness she offered me today.

I was getting on flight to San Antonio, and decided to stop by this place. I ordered a ground beef burrito with everything except beans. I was expecting an alright burrito, but this blew me away! I absolutely loved this place and would totally go there again.
