I asked at the info booth where they like to eat. They both recommended Blue Mesa Tacos & now, so do I. Outside TSA but still inside airport. Had a tasty chicken taco made to order, adding cheese & fresh cilantro. ? Simple menu w/ generous portions. Would be even better if they had a smooth (house made?) salsa & chips. Lost 1 star because meat wasn't hot. I forgot to take the photo before eating. ? Very tasty.
The food on display looked fresh and very tasty, I wish I had asked the server his name, he was so very helpful , fantastic customer service. Great portion sizes, and it was as tasty as it looked, will definitely tell all my friends about it and stop in again when i am in the country. One very happy New Zealand customer,

Pretty good for airport food aspiring to be Mexican food. Split a carnitas quesadilla with my wife before or noon flight. The jalapenos in the quesadilla went well with the seasoned carnitas. Pico de Gallo and salsa were good. Rice was a little too moist and mushy. But low expectations anyway for airport food.
