One word : BRIAN!!!! He made our experience amazing. Now we go just because his customer service is amazing. He has the most welcoming smile and he makes your meal to order. I do not eat meat or beans so he made sure my food was still proportionate. If he was not there, I wouldn't go because everyone else doesn't bring that same energy, which is disappointing. I believe the food tastes good when it's made with love and Brian does that with his warm smile!!
I love the tortillas here! The food is yummy. This location doesn't have the best service. The team members dont smile at you and seem annoyed to be serving you. I hope this improves!!
I’ve gone to 4 different cafe Rio restaurants as I think everytime I go it’s a decent bang for my buck. After my Takeout order today I was super disappointed. The portions got even smaller no wonder they charge $5 less than Chipotle. The service was awful. I can go in depth but not even worth it. Strictly because of the combination of both of these things I just won’t go back. Considering how many of them there are they will be fine but I’ll make sure I recommend Chipotle...
