I am a GCU student and also I have a very passionate desire for food. Today on Saturday September 10, 2022, I went to Canyon 49 and ordered 3 three things, Salmon, Caesar salad, and a BLT. All three were very delicious, but one meal that made my expectation go higher then what it originally was is the Blackened salmon. It was perfectly seasoned, had a good amount of rice on the side, had a very nice texture and presentation to it, and was very gentle on how spicy it was. I would...
