The lady that was at the speaker box had a bad attitude and I ask for 2 sodas, and they gave me one and they gave me the wrong Soda I asked for Coke and they gave me Pepsi do not come to this Jack in the box!!!
Rude from the start for no reason, forgot several items even though we reminded them, took forever, got 3 items wrong, didn't give us a receipt, and won't answer when we call to inform them of the issues.

The gentleman was polite when he took our order but he "forgot" to put in our order. I am assuming they just don't want to be bothered in the lobby. The A/C is blasting in the location. It's way too cold and the music is way too loud. Definitely not a comfortable atmosphere. I don't ever complain but it was just a terrible experience. We asked for our money back so we left hungry and upset.
