I am a GCU student and also I have a very passionate desire for food. Today on Saturday September 10, 2022, I went to Canyon 49 and ordered 3 three things, Salmon, Caesar salad, and a BLT. All three were very delicious, but one meal that made my expectation go higher then what it originally was is the Blackened salmon. If I had to rate food alone. It would be all 5 stars, but since its all around...I am very disappointed. Our waiter ignored my sister and I, we asked for things we never got but the waiter was very attentive and had a great memory when it came to the table next to us. This was really disappointing seeing as I traveled a good way to visit this place.Unfortunately, will not come here again.
