The barista named Amy is very rude. I asked for less ice in my iced drink and still put a lot of ice in the drink I ordered. When I asked for less ice than how much she put, she told me that I could have told her ahead of time and pay $1 more for it, when I already paid almost $7 for the drink. She needs to quit her job if she hates her job that much that she has to let it out onto the customers.
I love this place. I get a stampede every day. But today I went to the Diamondback location (where I always go) and found a fingernail in my drink. Absolutely disgusting. I love GCBC but I don't know if I'll ever go to this location again.
