I love this spot! The freshly made tortillas are amazing. You can see the effort going into the food. I have never been disappointed. I know it's not everyone's preference. It reminds me of my great neighbors sharing food in my youth!
Its not a tourist trap. Most locals really dig the food. Home made tortillas and tamales🫔. Stand in line to order, all takeout, stay in or take home. I always order the #9 manchaca taco combination, no exceptions! Been going for 20 years!
I moved to Oregon and the only thing I miss about Arizona are the Carolina tortillas. Any time someone makes a trip to Arizona I always request a dozen of Carolina tortillas to be brought back!
