This place SLAPS! we were visiting Phoenix for a few days, and were looking for a quite breakfast. The breakfast burritos are out of this world! Chorizo, egg, and potato wrapped up in a fresh (housemade) tortilla..and the hot sauce! It was so good we had to go back again before leaving town. The building looks like a dive restaurant, but if you know, you know...the best food comes out of these places! Love it, miss it, wish I could go back!
Any person who grew up in Phoenix who knows the local Mexican cuisine seen here tell you to go to this place. I’ve been coming here for years every time I visit home and it never disappoints.Nothing on the menu is a bad choice and they all have, the same authentic flavor.I usually get the red or green chili burrito but sometimes I feel like getting the tacos.I can get really busy on a workday for lunch so I’d recommend going around 11 o’clock or 1 o’clock. Finished a hike at South Mountain and had a voracious appetite. We thought Carolina's would hit the spot. Disappointed is what we experienced.
