Been going to this location since 1986. Todays kitchen use to be the entire restaurant the dinning room used to be a laundry. Personally, I believe Carolina's (especially this location) to be the best Mexican food in Phoenix. My complaint is: With all the money they made over the 40 years very little little consideration was given to improving the dining area and bathrooms.
