Great service, excellent drinks, lovely catering from Gallo Blanco. I have a food allergy and Chris (server) and Cindy (kitchen manager) were both helpful and accommodating. Thank you for the kindness 🙏
It's sad this has such a low rating, this is genuinely such a nice lounge! They have a wonderful assortment of food and treats (including a food truck style area!) and one of the best non-alcoholic/soft drink beverage assortments I've ever seen in a lounge! Not even to mention how kind, social, and professional the staff is!!! Can't wait to come back!
A nice lounge to hang out in Phoenix while waiting to board a flight. The food is top notch for lounge food. They have really tasty Mexican food from Gallo Blanco restaurant. Nice cocktails. Nice buffet spread. Aesthetic space. The chocolate chunk cookies were fresh and to die for!
My only complaint would be the lounge is kind of small and crowded for the number of people who can get on with their Chase Sapphire Reserve card so there was a wait and there is not the space and...read full review

Chase Sapphire Lounge by The Club Phoenix is a premium lounge that has received mixed but largely positive feedback. Visitors consistently praise the fantastic food and drinks, with great craft cocktails and a great pizza mentioned. The service is frequently described as incredible, with staff who are very attentive, kind, and welcoming, making guests feel valued. One standout staff member, Willie, is repeatedly highlighted for going above and beyond and elevating the visit.
The lounge is on the smaller side, which can lead to a short wait to get in, especially without a reservation. Guests have noted that reservations are used to manage capacity, though the lounge is expanding, which should help reduce future waits. However, there is some frustration regarding access, as Chase has increased the price of the Reserve card and Priority Pass is no longer a partner. Despite these issues, the lounge remains highly recommended for its great food, drinks, and service, with one reviewer calling it one of the best Sapphire Lounges they have visited.
