Great service, excellent drinks, lovely catering from Gallo Blanco. I have a food allergy and Chris (server) and Cindy (kitchen manager) were both helpful and accommodating. Thank you for the kindness 🙏
It's sad this has such a low rating, this is genuinely such a nice lounge! They have a wonderful assortment of food and treats (including a food truck style area!) and one of the best non-alcoholic/soft drink beverage assortments I've ever seen in a lounge! Not even to mention how kind, social, and professional the staff is!!! Can't wait to come back!
A nice lounge to hang out in Phoenix while waiting to board a flight. The food is top notch for lounge food. They have really tasty Mexican food from Gallo Blanco restaurant. Nice cocktails. Nice buffet spread. Aesthetic space. The chocolate chunk cookies were fresh and to die for!
My only complaint would be the lounge is kind of small and crowded for the number of people who can get on with their Chase Sapphire Reserve card so there was a wait and there is not the space...
