Their food is great, and employees are polite. However everytime I go here, the service is super slow. So I decided to order online, after 20 minutes I go to pick it up and still had to wait another 10 minutes for my food. It should not take nearly 30 minutes for a sub especially when I order it in advance. They need to work on efficiency because the other branches are not this slow.
They forgot to put the bacon on. They forgot to take off the Jalepenos. At least they didn't put BBQ sauce on.
The sub was decent. Bacon would have made it taste a whole lot better.

Love their food, never disappoints. However, before we left my wife used their restroom and came out completely disgusted at how filthy it was. The prices aren't cheap (food is amazing) and the area it's located in is nice so I'd expect that the establishment would have somewhat of a decent restroom.
