As I was reading some other reviews..the wait time for subs is crazy & they are telling the truth. We waited 35 minutes for 2 subs. The staff is friendly..but service is very slow..it’s a sub not a steak, so if in a time crunch go to Jersey Mike’s.

I also agree with another reviewer who stated the meat on the sub was slim pickens. In a sub the meat is the heart..put more than 4 slices on a sub. The bread however was toasted perfectly. I’m not from...

Their food is great, and employees are polite. However everytime I go here, the service is super slow. So I decided to order online, after 20 minutes I go to pick it up and still had to wait another 10 minutes for my food. It should not take nearly 30 minutes for a sub especially when I order it in advance. They need to work on efficiency because the other branches are not this slow.
