Wanted to try a new sushi place, I'm from Seattle Wa, so you could say I'm a little picky when it comes to sashimi. We got Sake, Hotate and Hamachi, all were excellent but the Hotate for some reason was better than most I've had, it could be the thinner slicing but the temperature and the tiny lemon wedge really made it taste great. Had a really disappointing experience last night. Our waiter was good - he was clearly hustling, taking orders, bussing tables, and delivering food. Meanwhile several other employees were standing around not helping. Our appetizers came out within a reasonable amount of time and were tasty, but the rolls (4) took about 45 min-1 hour to receive. There were two sushi chefs we could see working and the restaurant wasn't that crowded. Very disappointing.

I got the crazy monkey specialty roll. The menu is a little pricey. But they have good lunch specials. I'd recommend the Happy Hour from 3-7 just because they have deals on the alcohol and sushi rolls. The pineapple cream cheese wontons are also very good.
