I should first explain the 2 stars on service. They are very friendly and maybe it's a culture thing but, during or Saturday lunch buffet visit I had to ask to have the water glasses on our table filled, they did not come to refill them at any point. By the end of our 1hr visit we had 9 plates, 2 tea cups and a soup dish sitting on our table. They did not offer to try to clear the table of used dishes while we ate. After a long time visited Chennai chettinad for dinner with family, we loved it and food tasted great. Would recommend for people to try out.. pakkora, battura and Chennai chettinad city was awesome …. Nice service as
