Chili's in Phoenix

“I had the Santa Fe Salad with grilled chicken. The Santa Fe sauce that comes with it is great, but may be a little spicy for some..ask for it on the side if that might be you. My boyfriend had the Big Mouth Bites, which are 4 mini burgers. They also tasted great, along with the French fries that came with. 👍“

“Pretty good food and the place was nice and clean. I think our waiter was preoccupied with something as we had to remind him of a drink refill as well as salt and pepper and napkins. When did they stip putting salt and pepper on all tables?!“

“Employees were friendly and mobile order was ready when I arrived. These days in restaurants it's nice even if the employee is friendly. Sometimes you walk into a restaurant and you can tell they don't want you there. Sometimes they don't even make eye contact, which is weird. Maybe the younger generation fear in-person interaction due to social media“

“I rated it a 4 only bcuz COVID has left me w/a partial loss of my taste buds. I went there primarily for the burger 🍔 they advertised. I'm sure it was better than I rated it but I had to go w/a 4 & that was being generous. Like I said,my taste buds hav screwed up a lot of my meals.“

“If you follow my profile , you will notice that I have visited a lot of different chili's locations all throughout the Phoenix Metro area. There are a lot of reviews as it is one of my favorite chain restaurants of all time . This location seemed to be clean and welcoming. Also the server was very friendly and on top of her game as me and my wife had noticed. However, the wait time on the food we ordered took over 45 minutes to get after the dip from our appetizers got cold. The food was not fresh and my chicken sandwich was delicious but you could tell it had sat out for a while before I received it. The burger was terrible compared to the other locations I have been to and I have been to almost ten different places. The food was cooked the way I ordered it but it was definitely not fresh at all . Considering the waiting and lack of customers there were inside the establishment, this was unacceptable. The rest of the experience was pretty sweet so it must be something with the cooks or lack of communication with staff . I would give it a second chance if I come back but I don't recommend this location over the other ones that I have on my map reviews. There are way too many locations to choose from close by so I would recommend something different or make the extra drive to find a better chili 's. Thank you for the service though . The server was awesome.“

“Gotta love that "3 for me" deal. Less than what a fast food meal would cost for better quality. It's become a date night frequent rotation.
