Well I think it's official the Norterra Chipotle in Phoenix AZ can't provide cooked chips. 5 out of the last 6 times we have received soggy limp soft chewy chips. I suggest people start avoiding this chipotle as it has not been a one time problem.... Right in the trash they go!
