Went for bogo sale, food was great and portions were on point. Guy who seemed like a manager was screaming at employees and actually kicked one of them off food line in front of a packed dining room. While I understand he was probably stressed over the busy shift, never okay to scream at your employees in front of everyone. You coach and lead them. Be better.
Chipotle Mexican Grill. Phoenix, AZ. Broadway road location. I stayed at a nearby hotel, and decided to have dinner here. I ordered via the app, my food was prepared correctly and on time. Zero complaints from this guy.... 10/10 recommend.
I wanna give a shout out to this place. They gave good proportions matching my takeout order, absolutely no skimping on chicken and veggies unlike other Chipotle in the area. I hope my next orders are also like this.
Edit: This was weekday lunch time. Not sure about evening shift staff.
