Stopped in early tonight to get Barbacoa tacos. The ogre behind the counter informed me that they were out of barbacoa. Period. I asked When will you have it? Crickets. It was the weirdest encounter I’ve ever had with someone working in customer service. She literally just stared at me. I left and went to Jimmy John’s ?

I come to this chipotle after the gym all the time and the workers here are by far the worst of any chipotle I have ever been to. They always make you wait before asking your order - even when not busy at all. They are always out of something, and act like you just coming into the store is a hassle for them. Today I was told they “aren’t doing burritos today” - no burritos? AT CHIPOTLE??? This location needs new management. Ridiculously unprofessional.

I understand the frustration of operating at a late hours! But to be almost completely out of everything and still have 2 hours& half left to staying open is beyond me. I’m reading more reviews and this location it is lacking bad especially at the end of the night. I asked the lady if it was possible to get more ingredients for my bowl and she said “NO”.. while Her face was rude more so as her demo-nor! Then I saw a huge ticket for online order next to her. I can imagine what that online order was like.

lol placed an order online and the lid contains all the steak they put in it. A whole 7 pieces <3 I had asked for extra corn salsa and there was maybe a tablespoon worth. Rip seems like someone was having a bad day and they took it out on my bowl :’)

This is the worst Chipotle I’ve ever had. The rice was hard, the chicken was chewy and cold. The chips were oily and soggy. I couldn’t even eat it. The restaurant was dirty and even the counter they prepare the food on was covered in cheese, salsa and sour cream so it got all over the outside of the bowl. Just gross.
