Did not have the food we needed prepared so we had to make another choice. Poor customer service overall and no one went above and beyond in the atmosphere. I will never spend money at this location again

my wife & I came to this location, we were waiting in line to get checked out for a lONG time due to a RUDE old lady holding up the line at check out, she was on her phone doing god knows what but the young girl at check out had all the patience & waited for the ungrateful lady to finished.
If a manger read these reviews my suggestion to y'all as a person that worked in the restaurant is to maybe train your employees better to handle situation like this to...

I know Chipotle Mexican Grill locations can sometimes be a little inconsistent, but this one is hands down my favorite in the valley 🌯🌟. Every time I come here, the food is fresh, flavorful, and made just right. They never skimp on portions either — you definitely get your money’s worth 💪😋.

The staff always seem to be in a good mood, which makes the whole experience even better. They’re friendly, quick, and welcoming from start to finish 😊👏....
