We stopped by for a sweet treat tonight and was blown away by the service from Andreas. Not only was he incredibly friendly and welcoming the moment I walked in, but he also mastered the mixing process. Sometimes you get uneven mix-ins, but Andreas made sure everything was distributed perfectly in every bite. He was patient while I decided on my order and kept a smile on his face the whole time. If you visit this location, definitely look for Andreas, he takes customer service...

Ordered the medium size, and got small size portion. I go to cold stone 2 some times 3 times a week. And other locations are really good about serving size and portions. Coming to coldstone is something i look forward to, but i was disappointed. The staff is nice and polite, but i think they are not properly trained. I can buy ice cream and toppings and do it at home for a fraction of the cost. So if i have to drive to a cold stone and pay 11 plus dollars, give me what i am paying...

I came 10/1 around 9pm. The two young boys working were so sweet and welcoming, not a common experience of mine when I visit any Cold Stone. They were so kind and pushed orders without seeming stressed or annoyed. They even looked like they were actually having a good time working. I don’t know who these boys are but I know this work ethic will take them a long way. I hope they get the kudos they deserve.
