I was going to get on here and leave a complaint to be honest. There was a young lady who changed my mind though. I went there tonight and it was extremely busy, and most of the staff was goofing around and being rude. I do not know if this young lady was the manager, but if not, she definitely should be. I mainly order online only for delivery. This store is super busy and I order online from here ALL the time because it is the closest to my house and the quality is excellent (very consistent), but the service has always been mediocre: no one greets, they are always behind the counter or glass and no one acknoledges the customers until they hand the order. Sometimes they say thank you, most they just hand the order.

The first time I went I was told there wad gonna be a 45 minute wait. I left for 2 hours came back and my order still wasn't ready. The second time I went they were out of 4 cookies witch is basically all of them the cookies though when I do get them are excellent!! They just need to work on service and getting orders ready when they say there gonna be ready.
