I mainly order online only for delivery. This store is super busy and I order online from here ALL the time because it is the closest to my house and the quality is excellent (very consistent), but the service has always been mediocre: no one greets, they are always behind the counter or glass and no one acknoledges the customers until they hand the order. Sometimes they say thank you, most they just hand the order.

The first time I went I was told there wad gonna be a 45 minute wait. I left for 2 hours came back and my order still wasn't ready. The second time I went they were out of 4 cookies witch is basically all of them the cookies though when I do get them are excellent!! They just need to work on service and getting orders ready when they say there gonna be ready.

The location is staffed with teens and they don't greet or acknowledge you. I stiid there for about 5 min before someone spoke to me. Once I was helped, the girl was friendly and gave me tips on how to order in the future.
