Cupbop - Korean BBQ in a Cup

Walked in for the 1st time today, and loved the food & service. Tony was excellent, & definitely took care of me. Definitely something I will come back too and recommend to others. Adrian

Great destination for lunch! Service was really lovely and kind. Highly recommend, especially if you’re at the convention center it’s a quick walk down the street and around the corner.

I am so sad to do this, as I have never given a one star to any business before.

I walked into this establishment with my friends because they stated that the food is great! I told the server that I never been here and asked for a bathroom as I am 8 months pregnant to which he states “you can use them as long as you don’t make a mess in there!” … I am an RN, professional and pregnant. I am also in my 40s. That approach is absolutely rude and disrespectful.

Second, I told the server that I have not been here and I don’t know how to order. To which he responded “I have customers waiting and here is the board, what do you want.”

Such rude and disrespectful and entitled behavior, I have not experienced in years. I would have walked out but my friends love this place.

This place needs a lesson in customer service! I will never come back or recommend such an insensitive and rude staff!

I had a great time at Cupbop today. Zach was outstanding with push through the line and getting everyone their food in an orderly fashion. 10/10 would comeback again.

Pretty decent place. No chopsticks though for some reason and they were missing meats when I went. I think they can do better and there is a ton of potential.
