I really liked the Korean style culture of the environment, it felt real compared to other American culture chains. I really liked the food and the video lowk had me giggling.

I just visited Cupbop and had a surreal meal. Tony made sure I was very comfortable understanding the concept of the order and providing me with finger licking tasty food!

Review from 9/25 after 5pm.Tony was awesome. He helped me find a bank to use (the chase was closed but he told me a way to get inside from the hotel which I didn't know about) and he also walked me through the menu and how everything worked since it was my first time going to cupbop. Downloaded the app and will definitely be back!

So consistently good that I didn’t think it could get better but wow I couldn’t reccomend the mandoo and koko bowl more now. Tony has such good service too and makes everyone feel comfortable and welcome! 10/10, I work across the street and tell everyone one how great this place is!

My new go to spot. The staff is great the cook is exceptional and has great customer service skills. This is my second time coming and both times I've seen their cook Tony cooking/cleaning. Someone give him a raise he is technically this store in an employee. Employees like this will be the reason I return with several family and friends. Thanks Tony and staff keep up the great job
