“We tried out the DQ app and ordered ahead for pickup at the drive thru. When we arrived, they had no record our order. I showed the gentleman at the window my email receipt on my phone and he happily filled our order anyway, and it was pretty swift. Situation handled, and thanks!“

I had an amazing experience at this Dairy Queen Grill & Chill tonight! A young man at the drive-through window went above and beyond when my fiancé accidentally bumped the cone against the roof of our truck while handing it to me. He kindly offered to remake the cone without hesitation.
We noticed him carefully working on it and saw that he actually ended up making three attempts. When we thanked him for being so thorough, he explained that one of the tries didn’t turn out right because of the ice cream’s consistency. By the time we got the final cone, it was perfect! On top of that, he provided plenty of napkins and didn’t charge us for the redo(s), even though the first mishap was entirely our fault.
It’s rare to see this level of care and professionalism, especially during a busy shift. Kudos to the staff, especially that young man, for turning a small accident into a memorable act of kindness. We’ll definitely be back! 🌟🍦“
“Went here the other day to get a dessert and definitely loved what I got! The cashier was nice and was quick in taking my order that I didnt have to wait for my ice cream! The place was clean enough and tidy so I liked that too. Definitely will stop by again soon if I crave an Ice cream. 5 star from me“
“I was looking for a sonic themed cake for my child, but they said they unfortunately did not have themes like that anymore due to copyright issues, but they gladly showed me all their decorations options and offered/ allowed accommodations to try to match what I was looking for. This cake theme usually has different colors but they did them in blue for me. It came out amazingly pretty, it was very tasty as well! Ordering it was easy and the staff was wonderful and very helpful, especially and easy pick up. I will continue to order my icecream cakes at this location specifically. Very pleased with their products and staff.“
“I had 2 to-go order experiences within 3 weeks and one turned out great, but unfortunately the other was not well. Hence, the 4-star rating. The first time was a quick one with just an ice cream and no problem there. Brought back some nostalgic memories. The second time was an online order. Unfortunately, the crew missed it and didn't see the order until I showed up. I applaud them for their recovery and thankfully it was only a few minutes extra to wait. At least I know my food is fresh!“
“First time back in three years, and Dairy Queen was great. Customer service was friendly and attentive, and the food was hot and fresh. My only frustration: the app didn’t save my customizations, so I had to go to the counter to get the missing items on my burger.
The onion rings.... amazing for a fast food restaurant! Perfect crunch and not greasy.

“I haven't been to Dairy Queen in a while but I went today and I don't regret it one bit. I really enjoy my visit. I had forgotten that they serve hot food here. They have a really good 7 dollar combo that I highly recommend. It is super good for people who do not eat too much and still want an ice cream. Place was very clean and the staff was supremely friendly. I will be coming back for sure. Thank you for the great service and food.“
“I was strolling down the street and craved for an ice cream the other day. Then, I saw a dairy queen store and went inside. What genuinely shocked was how nice the staff were when I ordered my food. They were very accommodating and explained the menu very well to me. I will definitely be back for more Ice cream next time I am with my niece!“
“I stopped by this morning to grab a quick breakfast before heading to work, and it was definitely worth it. I ordered a chicken biscuit with hash browns, and both were served hot and tasted fresh. The cashier was really friendly and made the whole ordering process easy. I'll definitely be back!“
“Ok so I went through their drive thru around 8:30 at night on a Friday and they were packed! But, I did not have a long wait at all! The young lady running the drive through was awesome! I had a huge order and not only was she friendly, helpful, and fast, but imagine my surprise when i got home, AND MY ENTIRE ORDER WAS CORRECT!!! Do you know how rare that is nowadays?? I wish I had the girls name that was running the window, but damn she was good! The only suggestion I would have is to stop timing these employees on orders! One order for a single individual takes way less time than a bigger order like mine!“
“I was in the area, so tried out this location for the first time around 8 PM to satisfy my sweet tooth, and as always, I ordered my favorite Peanut Buster Parfait. It was delicious! Sometimes the roasted peanuts can taste a little stale and lose their crunch, but this visit they were fresh, crunchy, and paired perfectly with the ice cream and hot fudge. ❤
This Dairy Queen has an older building with its own unique character and charm. We used the drive-thru, so I didn’t get to see the dining area, but when I paid at the window I could see the equipment and part of the kitchen, and everything looked very clean and well-maintained.
Overall, it was a satisfying late-night dessert stop with good quality and a clean operation. Sometime tge consistency with the toppings can vary from visit to visit. The price can be vary also. I’ll definitely be back the next time I’m craving a Peanut Buster Parfait! 🍦😋“
