I have been coming to this location for years. Unfortunately it's gone downhill and the last few months. I am so disappointed. I come there every day Monday through Friday to get my morning coffee and. Avocado toast as well as sometimes a grilled cheese. I used to order on the app So it was ready for me to pick up. I had to stop doing that Because every time I would come to get my food The bread was never toasted and was Cold. So I started leaving my house earlier so I could order it in person and ask for them to toast the bread. Extra extra toasted. I told them I liked the bread dark.Somehow they still cannot get it toasted. I'm talking about any color on the bread at all. It was completely mushy. After almost 3 months of dealing with this, I've given up and decided to just drive farther to another location that can get my order right. I'm so disappointed this one was just by my house. You would think they would know how to work a toaster. I guess spending almost eighty dollars there a week probably doesn't really matter to them.

There was an issue with their system in the drive thru and they let us know while we waited, and once we went to the window they waived our fees as a courtesy! Super nice people working here!

Morning!!! We placed a mobile order for a "box" of coffee for an 8:30am pickup for the office. It was no where close to being ready when I walked in at 8:27am. The employee was filling up the container then stopped to take an order of a lady in line. When she went back to my order the coffee ran out. (You can see clearly from the messy container it wasn't being done right.) I had to ask for creamer. Not sure if I'll give this location or any Dunkin another chance. The interior of the store was clean overall.

Went in to pick up some breakfast and some donuts for my team before my meeting. I did order 9 sandwiches and 2 dozen variety donuts. The donuts came out with some ease but man did I put a wrench in the system with the hot food! What should have taken about 15 -20 minutes took almost 45 minutes. All I heard was the manager yelling at the employees trying to figure out what was happening and then telling all the customers that the hot food was going to take at least 30 minutes. I am not sure what was going on behind the wall but every now and then I would get the employee who helped me with my donuts to look over with apologetic expressions and am I'm sorry. I eventually got my order and made sure I tipped the staff. That was super uncomfortable but the food was good! The ambiance was very stressful and I could tell the other customers in the lobby felt the same way.

I used to come to this location constantly when I lived nearby. The staff was funny, and really had a good start to your day!! I stopped here this morning around 9:30 and let me tell you it was the complete opposite. The lady taking my order was very rude, from the moment I ordered to the moment she handed me my food. My order wasn’t right, had pork in it, I don’t eat meat so had to pick it off and still taste it, she didn’t even look at me when she handed me the order, no smile. I was going to go through again and reorder but had to get to work. I understand we all have bad days, but you’re interacting with a customer for maybe 1-2 minutes tops. It’s also the start to our day, so your rudeness doesn’t help us nor you. Do better or find a different job.

My Favorite Dunkin location. I love the potatoes.And the staff here are SUPER stars. The restaurant is always clean &welcoming. and I have outstandingly positive experiences with the staff.

Everything at this Dunkin was great until the Monday after Thanksgiving....can't mobile order... can't use your app to pay, can't use a card... cash only.... fine..it happens.... My main problem... ordered a HOT beverage. Key word there.... HOT.. I paid $7.15 for a cup of barely lukewarm espresso..... I tried to stomach the drink because I paid money for it... it wasn't even drinkable.. tasted like it had been out all day and married with all the smells of the kitchen? I had to literally throw away $7.... this was not the first time this week I had to do that either....(.yeah yeah, fool me once; I know the saying..)...Im a twice a day coffee drinker..so I frequent this location...So! when you the new GM, Destiny hang your head out the drive thru and introduce yourself proudly....maybe reflect that in the product you put out to your customers ??‍♀️... I do have a piece of advice.. don't talk about it, and be about it...because this place has gone to the pits since you took over. I wont be back... all I say is good luck.

I have decided to stop going here. The old staff was the absolute best. They were so good at their job. I never had an issue and they were so fast. And I have to come an extra 15 minutes earlier than I normally would or else I’ll be late to work. Every time I go to the speaker, they asked me to give them a moment. I’ve never had that told to me with the old staff. This new staff has some attitude they’re very slow and they aren’t prioritizing the customer. Used to come here every day for the last four years and I can’t believe I will no longer be going.

I came here every morning for almost a year. The staff was great. Rhiannon was the best manager and a great old friend of mine. Everret was a fantastic employee, as well as Max the manager and everyone else whose names escape me. What the hell happened? It's like they rotated staff overnight. The new staff are slow, not very friendly, and really just ruined the whole vibe for me coming to this location every morning. Please bring back your old staff because I am about to go to The McDonald's up the street for their breakfast and coffee instead. Shame on upper management and shame on anyone who had a hand in making the decision for changing out an entire fleet of staff who did absolutely fantastic and made my morning and probably did the same for many others. Shame on you.

I've been coming to this location for years and the latest staff change has absolutely ruined this business. From the unfriendly staff to issues with the food, sloppy preparation of coffee or food, and the fact that they only serve 1 car at a time most days. Every time I come here lately there is an issue with a machine or missing item from the menu. I spoke with previous staff members and learned that the upper management of this location has lead to the disastrous business change. I really hope they fix the problems here before they lose anymore loyal customers. I've personally had enough and won't be returning.

Dunkin… I’m so freaking pissed. What’s been going on the last week or so? Y’all are slacking with every item… I tried giving y’all the benefit of the doubt but I’m tired of wasting my money on food that is not even comparable to the quality it used to. A few weeks ago the manager, I think his name was max made the best mocha so I continued to keep coming back but now I don’t see him and my drink DOES NOT taste the same at all. But thanks to this new crew I have mud water to start my day ?

I’m not sure why max isn’t working there anymore but he was the best. I go here to grab breakfast for coworkers and myself and it used to be really fast in and out as soon as I ordered and the food and drinks were ready in less then 2 minutes, and they were good quality. Now when I go there’s 4 people working instead of just 2 the wait is way longer and the food quality has gone down hill. Hash browns not even fully cooked through and mini beagles still cold in the center. Coffee quality isn’t the same either. Like I said idk if Max is on vacation or what but he needs to come back. Or my company and I might end up just going to Starbucks
