There was an issue with their system in the drive thru and they let us know while we waited, and once we went to the window they waived our fees as a courtesy! Super nice people working here!
Morning!!! We placed a mobile order for a "box" of coffee for an 8:30am pickup for the office. It was no where close to being ready when I walked in at 8:27am. The employee was filling up the container then stopped to take an order of a lady in line. When she went back to my order the coffee ran out. (You can see clearly from the messy container it wasn't being done right.) I had to ask for creamer. Not sure if I'll give this location or any Dunkin another chance. The interior...read full review
