I met a nice young man today his name is Juan and he's 17 and when I say he is a truly kind and beautiful soul his mother should be very proud. His customer service was excellent he sat and talked with me and my friend and we didn't even notice we were waiting it was truly a great experience. This young man definitely deserves a raise.
