Staff is friendly and accommodating. They messed up our order but quickly corrected it.
The issue comes down to their pricing. Seems like everything is $1 more than menu pricing. They need to up date their pricing.

I tried to order online and it kept hanging out on me for some odd reason I had called the store multiple times they pick up the phone and they just hang it up I remember one time I had called to make an order over the phone and the girl told me did you know that there’s an app that you can order on? I don’t have time to be picking up the phone, but since I’m on the phone, I can take your order was very rude and I decided not to order very very terrible customer service that I had

Talk about frustrating!! This Einstein is 20 minutes from home but unfortunately the closest to my home. My husband went to get an order I placed online and half the order was missing when he got home! Now it was definitely his bad for not checking the order. However it took me 15 mins for someone to answer phone. Then when the phone was answered by BRIAN I told him what happened and he put me on hold again to get his manager. In the meantime my husband got back to Einsteins picked up our missed order and the manager NEVER got on the phone! So I stayed on hold for over 20 mins just to be ignored! Absolutely sad how customers are treated, Einsteins is NOT cheap and should take some accountability!

Besty was the only person to greet and show any kind of customer service. She had a great smile and apologize for the wait. For someone so young it is very impressive that she showed such understanding of professional behavior. Thank you Besty for making my morning!

My order from Uber eats was delayed for about an hour, instead of Einstein Bros remaking the food I was sent cold nasty food. I tried calling survey number they provide but no one would answer, but hey, at least they gave me an expired coupon for a free drink. Thanks Einstein Bros 👏
