Einstein Bros. Bagels

Worst sandwich ever!!! The bagels were so tough that we could barely eat them! My sandwich was supposed to have onion on it... it didn't! First time to Einstein Bros Bagels.... and my last!!!

Cold chorizo sandwich, hard cookie and iced caramel machiatto was not good and did not look like photos.

Door Dash, tried calling back numerous times but no one answered! Please pick up the phone because this is our anniversary celebration today. We wanted to kick it off with your establishment! Just re-ordered after Door Dash handle the situation professionally. Hope the right order comes back correctly or I’ll be back here to give it no stars and call corporate!!

Fantastic service.

Stopped by on our way to Grand Canyon for some freshly baked bagels. That have huge variety and they are chain across USA. Loved the bagels with fresh cream cheese.

Best bagels sandwiches!

I live two blocks away and we come here often. But occasionally we want to order something for the next morning as we head out to wherever and have it ready at a certain time. Now we usually realize this after you are closed for the day. So although it is possible to order online and pick up that day, it would be nice if I could order at night and pick up the next morning but you don't allow that for some bizarre reason. You allow me to order and have it delivered through several services but not for pick-up. So obviously the process works because someone can show up and grab my food and deliver it to me but somehow me picking up that order is impossible. Can you say "ridiculous"?
Please respond and let me hear the reason for this nonsense.

Food here is very low quality compared to other Einstein locations. I was very disappointed that I had gotten bagel sandwich here but the turkey was just a questionable deli turkey slice. The produce was also questionable looking. I was scared to eat it and I couldn’t even ask for a refund because the don’t offer receipts. As well as I was told to complain to corporate.

Second time I've walked into an Einsteins and been not greeted, seemingly racially inspired. In addition I didn't get the bagel type I asked for when he explained they didn't have any more of the jalapeno

The sandwich I got was just okay for me. It was much better once I removed the egg. The maple french toaster bagel was really good though.
